How do I book a makeup service?

You can book through our website by selecting your service, booking your session, choosing a date & time, and paying a deposit to secure your slot.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, deposits are required to confirm bookings. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Stripe and Apple Pay.

Late Arrivals

What if traffic or unforeseen circumstances delay me?

We understand emergencies happen. Please inform us as soon as possible so we can try to adjust, but extended delays may still shorten or cancel your session.

Can late arrivals affect group bookings?

Yes. If one member of a group is late, it may impact the schedule for the entire group. We recommend all members arrive on time to ensure smooth service.

Do you offer flexible scheduling for clients with unpredictable timetables?

We encourage clients with busy schedules to book earlier slots or request extended service windows during consultation.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Is my deposit refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if you reschedule within the allowed timeframe.

Yes, appointments outside standard hours may include an additional fee to cover extended service times.

Do you travel outside the city or region?

Yes, we can travel outside our standard service area. Long-distance travel may include mileage fees, tolls, or accommodation costs if required.

What happens if travel delays occur (traffic, weather, etc.)?

We plan ahead to minimize delays, but in rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may affect arrival time. We will notify you immediately and adjust as best as possible.

How far in advance should I book for a group?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weddings or large events, to ensure artist availability.

What happens if one person in the group cancels?

The overall group booking remains valid. However, deposits for individual cancellations are non-refundable.
