These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and services. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to secure dates and times.

This deposit applies to the Bride only.

The deposit will be taken off the final total due.

2. Payment

The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

Accepted forms of payment include:

- Cash

- ApplePay

- Cash App

- Venmo

3. Bridal Party Minimum

A minimum of 5 people is required to reserve the wedding date and schedule appointments.

4. Travel Fees

A flat rate fee of $50 applies within 30 miles.

Each additional mile beyond 30 miles will be charged $1 per mile.

Travel fees are due on the day of the event.

5. Cancellations

- 30 days or more before the event: deposit forfeited, no additional charges.

- Less than 30 days before the event: half of the amount of services booked will be charged.

- No Show / Missed Appointment / Day of Cancellation: full amount of services will be charged.

All changes or cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the wedding date.

6. Health & Safety

Clients must inform Alexis of:

- Skin conditions

- Allergies

- Medical sensitivities

Makeup by Alexis Young is not liable for allergic reactions if proper disclosure is not made.

6. Photography & Media

Makeup by Alexis Young reserves the right to photograph completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Makeup by Alexis Young is not responsible for:

- Delays caused by clients

- Unforeseen circumstances (weather, emergencies, etc.)

- Dissatisfaction resulting from undisclosed preferences or allergies

8. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

- Safety concerns arise

- Terms are violated

- Payment obligations are not met

9. Additional Pricing Details

The Bride is responsible for informing wedding party members of:

- Service fees

- Due dates

- Payment expectations

10. Agreement

By signing the contract, the client acknowledges that:

- All policies have been reviewed

- All required information has been provided accurately

- The client agrees to all terms stated

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
