TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure dates and times.

• Bridal Services: A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. This deposit applies to the Bride only and will be deducted from the final total.

• Event Glam Services: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking and will be applied toward the final service total.

Bookings are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

2. Payment

The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

Accepted forms of payment include:

• Cash

• ApplePay

• Cash App

• Venmo

3. Minimum Service Requirement

All bookings are subject to a minimum service requirement. Services are priced on a per-person basis; however, each appointment may also be subject to a minimum total booking amount.

If the total of the selected services does not meet the applicable minimum service requirement, the minimum charge will apply in place of the calculated total.

Minimum service requirements may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to:

• Number of individuals receiving services

• Travel distance

• Appointment location

• Date and time of service

• Other booking conditions

The applicable minimum service requirement and final service pricing will be confirmed during the booking process.

Final pricing and applicable minimums will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Makeup Services

Services are provided based on the selected package at the time of booking.

Final pricing may include additional services, upgrades, or travel fees, which will be confirmed prior to the appointment.

5. Travel Fees

• Bridal Services:

A flat rate of $50 applies within 30 miles.

Each additional mile beyond 30 miles will be charged $1 per mile.

• Event Glam Services:

Travel is free within 25 miles.

Each additional mile beyond 25 miles will be charged $1 per mile.

Travel fees are due on the day of the event.

6. Cancellations

• 30 days or more before the event: deposit forfeited, no additional charges.

• Less than 30 days before the event: half of the amount of services booked will be charged.

• No Show / Missed Appointment / Day of Cancellation: full amount of services will be charged.

All changes or cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the event date.

7. Additional Pricing Details

• The individual receiving the makeup service is responsible for payment.

• For bridal bookings, the Bride is responsible for informing all party members of fees, due dates, and payment expectations.

• All payments must be made using accepted methods listed above.

8. Health & Safety

Clients must inform Alexis of any:

• Skin conditions

• Allergies

• Medical sensitivities

Makeup by Alexis Young is not liable for allergic reactions if proper disclosure is not made.

9. Photography & Media

Makeup by Alexis Young reserves the right to photograph completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

Makeup by Alexis Young is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by clients

• Unforeseen circumstances (weather, emergencies, etc.)

• Dissatisfaction resulting from undisclosed preferences or allergies

11. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

• Safety concerns arise

• Terms are violated

• Payment obligations are not met

12. Agreement

By booking and/or signing a contract, the client acknowledges that:

• All policies have been reviewed

• All required information has been provided accurately

• The client agrees to all terms stated

13. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
